Event Refund and Cancellation Policy

The Northfield Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism (NCoC) Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to the annual Chamber Cup Golf Tournament.

• Paid, golf registration canceled on or before June 14, 2021 is refundable but subject to a $50 administrative fee.
• Paid registrants canceling on or after June 14, 2021 will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual; the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant's status.
• Paid registrants who do not check-in and participate in the event on June 24, 2021, will not receive a refund.  The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived.
• In the event NCoC must cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including government restrictions due to the Coronavirus pandemic, NCoC will refund the cost of registration.
