Event Refund and Cancellation Policy

The Northfield Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism (NCoC) Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to the annual Chamber Cup Golf Tournament.

Paid, golf registration canceled on or before June 2, 2025 is refundable but subject to a $50 administrative fee.
Paid registrants canceling on or after June 12, 2025 will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual; the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant's status.
Paid registrants who do not check-in and participate in the event on June 30, 2025, will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived.
In the event NCoC must cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, NCoC will refund the cost of registration.
