8:00am- Body Composition Exams
8:30am- Nutrition Seminar
9:00am- Group Workout
10:30am- Ribbon Cutting
About CrossFit 507:
CrossFit 507 is a new small group and open fitness gym in Dundas. Their mission is to develop, inspire and promote a community, who’s atmosphere allows anyone to focus on their own aspirations, through health and fitness.
