Job Description

• Carry out instructions given by project manager or owner(s)
• Monitor, supervise, and direct the production, quality, and productivity of projects.
• Order and inspect material deliveries.
• Perform and oversee layout of floor, wall and roof construction.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors.
• Ensure the job site is safe and tidy.
• Create daily task list and delegate as appropriate.

• Pay based on experience with a starting range $25-$35/hour
• 40-hour week
• Daily hours 7am-3pm

• 5-8 years carpentry experience.
• Have complete knowledge of proper construction methods to execute the building process, including being able to interpret and understand construction plans, and approval of truss drawings.
• Must be 18.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Lift 75 lbs. plus.
