Empowering effective individual and organizational change has defined Sarah’s career. After a decade of leading complex change initiatives within a legal environment, Sarah founded Carlsen Coaching and Consulting, LLC in 2005. Her focus is on building the capacity within individuals and teams to create cultures and relationships that empower innovative and aligned solutions.
Sarah has a B.A. in mathematics from St. Olaf College and a certificate in Project Management from the University of Washington extension. She holds the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC), accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
