About Us
It all started in 1966 with Dick Clemmer seeing a vision of the future that would provide a way to support his growing family. Dick and Mary Ann Clemmer founded the business with one truck and together with their children and grandchildren grew DSI to be the premier hauling company in Minnesota.
Today we currently employ over 160 employees and operate over 125 trucks. In addition to DSI, we have partner facilities Recycle Minnesota, a material processing facility (MRF) and Blue Compactor Services, and all are located on our campus in Lakeville. Combined, our company offers a complete line of solutions and a variety of services for residential, multi-family, commercial, compactor, and roll-off customers.
