About Us

At Keepsake Cindery we grow apples and make cider by using only distinct locally grown varieties. Owned and operated by Nate Watters and Tracy Jonkman who founded their business on the love of the land and apples. We are driven by integrity and sense of community. We let our apples do the talking!

We went entirely to spontaneous fermentation in 2018. Which means each Keepsake Cider reflects the season and the farm.

THE MENU
We believe in supporting small, diverse local producers.
From the cheeses, breads and meats that make our melt in your mouth Toasties, to the vegetables and nosh dishes, we pair with our friends and nearby producers to fill your belly.

Our ciders have simple ingredients and they are well made.

Our fruits are nearly all locally grown and made. Keepsake is an orchard-based craft cidery (on site Organic Orchard) utilizing traditional cider making methods. No artificial flavors, processed sugars, or watering down. Tasting room on site of orchard and cidery.

Check out our Menu link below to see our current Cider List of Dry and Semi-Sweets. A full list of our food options is located here too. Our food options are subject to Seasonal Availability.

Go to our website to find out more about The Fruit and Why, We Press Our Own Fruit, Aging, and Packaging and Finishing.

Our Cidery is always open by appointment for ''to go ciders''. We are proud to be shipping our ciders to 37 states!

Our Tasting Room is available for private and community events. Contact us for details!
