Kildahl Park Point is a senior housing cooperative for active adults located in Northfield, Minnesota.

A housing cooperative is a business model that is owned by the people who use it. Members (residents) purchase a share in the corporation and elect a board of directors (from the membership) that operates the corporation. As a self-managed, not-for-profit corporation, the cooperative is able to provide a superior housing value at a more affordable cost.
